At Naturtint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical hair care journey. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring that all safety seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
